Regional Sales Manager - Midwest Territory

HIVIZ LIGHTING INC

Milwaukee, WI • On-site

Full-time

Job description

Description:

Regional Sales Manager – Midwest Territory

Description

Are you a proven channel sales professional with experience driving growth through a dealer network in the Fire/EMS market or 12V lighting industry? If you also happen to be a former firefighter, that’s a powerful bonus — but what matters most is your ability to influence dealers, create end-user demand, and win in a competitive territory.

We want a closer—someone who commands a room, earns trust quickly, and turns conversations into wins.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Immerse yourself in the fire service culture. You will travel in a demo vehicle, attend training nights, and show up at events throughout the territory.
  • Create strong end-user demand by educating fire departments on lighting challenges and showing how HiViz solutions make every scene safer, and more effective.
  • Develop, grow, and support a high-performing dealer network; train dealers, cultivate relationships, and drive increased pull-through sales.
  • Become the expert in all things 12-volt lighting; configuration, application, installation, and troubleshooting, so that fire departments and channel partners see you as the trusted authority.
  • Drive territory activity and pipeline momentum by leading high-impact demos, generating new opportunities, and owning follow-through in HubSpot to keep deals advancing and close business.
  • Crush the target! Consistently meet and exceed sales goals while building lasting customer relationships.

Who Thrives Here

  • You have 3–5 years of channel sales experience selling through a dealer or distributor network with experience in the Fire/EMS sector, 12V lighting systems, or a similar public service or technical equipment market (strongly preferred).
  • If you can’t walk into a firehouse, command attention, and earn trust in 10 minutes, this isn’t the role for you.
  • You are a relentless competitor, driven, disciplined, and motivated by results. You set the pace, push the standard higher, and refuse to settle for anything less than winning.
  • You excel in a field-driven role that requires roughly 50% travel across the territory.
  • You’re driven to grow, professionally and financially, and you want a role where performance directly determines success.
  • You are based near a major airport.

Compensation

This position offers a competitive compensation package with On-Target Earnings (OTE) well into the six figures, combining a competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential. This role is built for high performers, if you deliver results, you will earn well into six figures. The structure is designed to reward territory ownership, consistent performance, and long-term dealer relationship growth, aligning your financial success directly with your results.

Why HiViz

HiViz is firefighter-founded, firefighter-driven, and built for people who want to win. We fight for every opportunity to improve visibility, reduce response times, and elevate the fire service with smarter, safer lighting tools.

What sets HiViz apart—and what gives you a true competitive edge:

  • A dealer network with active relationships ready for development.
  • Company-generated leads and inbound demand.
  • A dedicated demo vehicle to command attention and close business on-site.
  • A CRM with end-user and dealer lists supported by a dedicated Revenue Operations team.
  • Trade show budget and coordinated event support so you can increase visibility and accelerate pipeline.
  • A team culture that wins hard and laughs harder—competitive, supportive, and deeply connected to the Fire/EMS community.
  • HiViz gives you the tools, support, and brand reputation to succeed—fast. If you’re driven, competitive, and ready to dominate one of the most exciting markets in the fire service, let’s talk.
