About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join our team at Attain Behavioral Health Toledo. As a BHT, you will play a vital role in providing individualized support to our patients, helping them to achieve a higher level of health, wellness, and recovery. Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one support to patients during their recovery journey, promoting a healthy and safe environment.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as medication management, meal planning, and personal care.
  • Monitor and report patient progress to our clinical team, ensuring that individualized treatment plans are being implemented and modified as needed.
  • Participate in group therapy sessions, providing emotional support and facilitating patient engagement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, Progress Notes, and treatment plans.
