• Conduct comprehensive assessments to establish each client's unique needs, developing tailored counseling plans to promote their mental wellness.
• Actively communicate with supervisors and interdisciplinary teams about client progress, ensuring consistent care and quality support.
• Facilitate home visits and virtual appointments as needed, providing active support and follow-ups to ensure clients are meeting their therapeutic goals.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with EMR standards.
• Engage in regular training sessions to empower other staff members on program implementation and enhance service quality.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to contribute insights and strategies aimed at improving overall patient outcomes.
• Serve as a liaison with community resources to enhance client support and facilitate access to additional assistance.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey is essential.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience is needed, with a preference for candidates who have worked in clinical settings.
• A solid grasp of legal and ethical standards in mental health care is expected.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Specialization or additional training in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse recovery, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and telehealth technology is advantageous.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team, ensuring a cohesive approach to client wellness.

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, determined by your experience and caseload capacity.
