Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to establish each client's unique needs, developing tailored counseling plans to promote their mental wellness.

  • Facilitate home visits and virtual appointments as needed, providing active support and follow-ups to ensure clients are meeting their therapeutic goals.
