Qualifications and expertise that pave the way for Success

• A client-first mindset and natural ability to build rapport and foster loyalty
• Proven sales or service experience, ideally in personal insurance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and approachable tone
• Solid organizational and time management skills-you know how to prioritize and deliver
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and platforms
• RIBO Licensed (or ready to obtain it quickly)
• Designations like CAIB or CIP are assets and show your dedication to the craft

The expected salary range for this position is$46,000 to $49,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience andworking location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level. HUBInternational is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages whichcould include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching,paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, and commissions for some positions.
