assurance, ensuring every activation meets brand and regulatory expectations. This role requires flexibility, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset to keep operations running smoothly across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
● Support and Reporting: Partner with the Market Manager to execute retail strategies and provide comprehensive reports on field activities and performance metrics

● Program Optimization: Collect and analyze on-site feedback to refine program tactics, while implementing effective solutions to boost program efficiency.
● Inventory Oversight: Aide in distribution and tracking of program materials and assets, ensuring timely communication of issues and escalation as needed.

Qualifications
● 1-3 years of experience in field marketing, brand activation, retail engagement, or similar roles.
● Proven supervisory experience with a strong focus on team development and coaching.

● Solid understanding of compliance requirements in regulated industries and the ability to enforce guidelines consistently.
● Highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
● Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and articulate detailed product information.
● Strong communication skills with a talent for building meaningful relationships.
● Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
● Must be 25+ years of age with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
● In-market travel required up to a 40-mile radius.

What We're Looking For
We seek a leader who thrives on being actively involved in every facet of the retail program. The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in day-to-day operations—mentoring a team of specialists, ensuring compliance, and driving performance across every consumer and retailer relationship built. Your hands-on approach and commitment to excellence will directly impact program success.
