Our client is looking for a Project Manager to join their team to lead the development and coordination of their luxury boutique and highโ€‘end retail projects.

Project Manager โ€“ Retail Benefits and Compensation
  • Base salary of $80-120K + bonus

Project Manager โ€“ Retail Requirements
  • BS in Architecture or Interior Design
  • 6 years+ Retail Architectural Design experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of architectural design, construction methods, material applications, and sustainable practices, including LEED and integrated design.
  • Proficient in technical design tools and techniques, including Revit, AutoCAD, and the production of detailed plans, drawings, and models.
  • Experienced in construction administration and contract administration, with strong knowledge of AIA documents, contract types, and project delivery.
  • Wellโ€‘versed in building codes, Life Safety codes, ADA requirements, and building systems.
  • Skilled in project management and planning tools, including Deltek Vision/VantagePoint, HubSpot CRM, and Microsoft Office suite.
Project Manager โ€“ Retail Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead scheduling, resource planning, and retail project tracking using Deltek.
  • Technical Management: Conduct quality reviews, manage documentation, and coordinate training for tools like Revit and MS Office.
  • Financial & Contract Oversight: Develop scopes, fees, and RFPs; manage project setup, budgeting, billing, and consultant contracts to meet financial performance goals.
