What are Manager Requirements Engineers?

Manager Requirements Engineers are professionals who oversee teams responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting the requirements for projects, particularly in engineering, IT, or software development. They ensure that the needs and expectations of stakeholders are accurately captured and communicated to the technical teams.
