  • Collaborate with product, support, and development teams to resolve issues and enhance client outcomes.
  • Manage project deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful implementation execution.
  • Support strategic consulting initiatives, solution optimization projects, and platform adoption efforts.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, templates, and delivery standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience implementing enterprise software solutions within financial services or investment management environments.

  • Demonstrated expertise in fund accounting, financial reporting, and investment operations.
  • Proven ability to lead client-facing projects and manage multiple priorities in complex environments.
  • Experience with solution design, system configuration, data migration, testing, and user enablement activities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and consulting capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior hands-on experience with Investran or FIS Private Capital Suite solutions.
  • Experience working directly with private equity, venture capital, real estate, or other alternative investment firms.
  • Knowledge of implementation methodologies, process improvement, and operational best practices.
  • Advanced data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation experience.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional product, technology, and client service teams.
  • Professional certifications in accounting, finance, project management, or related disciplines.
