  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned healthcare clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships that drive retention and satisfaction.
  • Lead regular business reviews to discuss KPIs, operational performance, and strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with Operations, Sales, and Leadership to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Analyze performance metrics and recommend process improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts.
  • Support renewal conversations and contribute to business growth initiatives.

Requirements
Your Expertise
  • 3-5+ years of healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or healthcare services experience.
  • Strong knowledge of billing, coding, claims management, accounts receivable, and the U.S. healthcare revenue cycle.
  • Experience managing complex healthcare client relationships.
  • Proven success supporting account growth, renewals, or business development.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Sales, and Executive Leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in an RCM outsourcing, healthcare BPO, or consulting environment.
  • Experience working with offshore delivery teams.
  • CRCR certification and EMR platform knowledge are a plus.
