• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional ethics while nurturing positive working relationships.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability, schedule upcoming appointments, and determine discharge readiness.
• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor person-centered treatment plans, tailoring therapeutic strategies to meet individual client needs.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, collaborating with clients to understand their backgrounds, challenges, and treatment goals.

Our counselors work with a broad spectrum of clients, including adults, children, and families facing various mental health challenges. As part of our practice, you will play a crucial role in promoting optimal mental health and providing steadfast support to those navigating difficulties in their lives. Your expertise will directly contribute to improved patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care we provide.

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.
• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials, demonstrating your ability to practice independently.
• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, showcasing your ability to effectively support clients in their mental health journeys.

• Familiarity with essential software tools such as Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY, enabling efficient client management and documentation.
• Prior experience utilizing a fee-for-service model in your counseling practice.
