Job Title: Digital Coordinator

Industry: Media / Advertising Operations

Location (City, State): Bethesda, MD

Assignment Type: Contract through November 2026

Pay: $17.95/hour

Work Schedule: Hybrid schedule — onsite Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; remote Wednesday and Friday | Standard hours are 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM with overtime opportunities during peak business periods.

Benefits: This position is eligible to enroll in medical, dental, vision after 60 days. In addition, this position is eligible to enroll in a 401(k) after 90 days. 

About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with our client, a leading organization in the media and advertising operations space, to hire multiple Streaming Coordinators in preparation for the upcoming election cycle. This team supports high-volume advertising campaigns and works closely with media agencies and broadcasting partners across the country in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Description:

The Digital Coordinator will support day-to-day advertising operations by assisting with campaign execution, schedule management, and order processing. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment. Candidates should be comfortable working with data, learning new systems, and meeting strict turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and update advertising schedules and campaign changes with accuracy and efficiency

• Coordinate daily operational tasks to support account and campaign management teams

• Maintain campaign tracking documents, budgets, and reporting details

• Communicate with external partners and internal teams to ensure advertising schedules run as planned

• Monitor campaign activity and troubleshoot issues as needed to support timely execution

• Assist with documentation, order confirmations, and operational reporting

• Work collaboratively across departments to meet client deadlines and business objectives

• Adapt quickly to internal tools, systems, and evolving workflows

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced setting

• Comfortable working with numbers, data entry, and spreadsheets

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Additional Details:

• Start Date: Monday, June 22nd

• Candidates must be available to complete the full training program beginning on the start date

• Compensation increases to $20/hour after completion of 400 worked hours

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. Position is not eligible for sponsorship.

• This position follows a hybrid schedule with 3 in-office days per week

• Contract assignment is expected to continue through November 2026

• Please provide any pre-planned time off during the interview process; time off is not permitted during the initial training period

• Overtime may be required during peak periods
