  • Participate actively in team discussions regarding case management and professional development initiatives.
  • Stay informed about advancements in mental healthcare, including current research and best practices relating to child and adolescent psychiatry.

  • Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders, coupled with a passion for working with youth and families.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the innate ability to establish rapport and trust with children and their guardians.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and adherence to documentation standards in a telehealth environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in providing individual and family therapy to children and adolescents is highly preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience working in a mental health setting is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches specific to child and adolescent care is a significant plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team, positively impacting patient outcomes.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
