• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies.
• Prepare and maintain required documentation in alignment with state regulations and clinical best practices.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as directed by the clinical team to accurately assess client needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client circumstances.
• Engage actively in all licensing and accreditation procedures to uphold our standards of care.
• Serve as a liaison between clients, state agencies, and community partners to coordinate services and improve patient outcomes.
• Establish proactive communication channels with various agencies and organizations to promote our programs and secure potential funding sources.
• Pursue ongoing professional development opportunities by attending educational events, representing the agency at conferences, and participating in statewide meetings relevant to mental health fields.
• Integrate and promote the mission, values, philosophy, and principles of Renewed Hope Behavioral Health in every aspect of the role.
• Complete other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support overall clinic operations.

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges, including those affected by substance use disorders, individuals with developmental disabilities, and patients recovering from brain injuries. This role demands not only clinical expertise but also the empathy and dedication to empower clients toward recovery and independence through individualized care.

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
• An independent LMHC license is essential to provide quality counseling services and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of mental health disorders is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care approaches will be beneficial.
