Job description

  • Hybrid position based in Houston, Texas, and surrounding communities.
  • Includes in-home visits for supervision
  • Remote work allowed for supervision, program updates, caregiver training, and team meetings.

The BCBA will oversee the development and implementation of individualized behavior programs for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental conditions. The position involves a combination of in-home client visits and remote supervision, parent training, and case management.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial and ongoing functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide direct in-home observation and supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Collaborate with caregivers and school personnel to support generalization of skills
  • Train and coach caregivers and team members via both in-person and virtual sessions
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Rethink BH

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience providing ABA services
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-home visits
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms and secure data systems
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management
