As a Weekend BCBA, you’ll primarily work on Saturdays and Sundays, providing flexible behavioral support to clients whose families require services outside of typical business hours. You’ll collaborate regularly with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), caregivers, and sometimes other therapists to develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans. While you’ll have some autonomy, ongoing communication with the weekday clinical team is important to ensure continuity of care and consistent progress for clients.
