About the Role:

Join RESTORE ABA & SPEECH THERAPY LLC as an ABAT Trainee and embark on a rewarding journey in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience while working with children to improve their communication and behavioral skills in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans for clients under the supervision of a certified ABA therapist.

Observe and record client behavior data to track progress and inform treatment adjustments.

Engage clients in therapeutic activities to promote skill development and social interaction.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to foster a collaborative environment.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge of ABA principles.

Maintain a clean and organized therapy space to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment.
