Job description

Key Objectives/Deliverables
  • Project Management: Lead teams to deliver large programs of at least $50M USD or more in capital assets and/or support a workstream/node of a larger program of $200M+ through front-end planning (conceptual design) to operational qualification (“cradle to grave”). Deliver asset capability/capacity with safety, cost, schedule, and quality.
  • Interface/Communication: Work remotely from a region; maintain effective communication with program leadership, project team, governance teams, business partners, and stakeholders. Facilitate issue resolution, anticipate scope changes, and implement safely with quality, speed, and value.
  • Compliance: Use a disciplined, structured project management approach aligned with Company Policies and Procedures.
  • Safety/Environment: Develop and maintain safety/environmental execution plans; ensure compliance with safety/environment policies, procedures, and work rules from conceptual design through operational verification.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in an engineering field or related to project management.
  • 5+ years of capital project delivery experience in industrial/manufacturing facilities.
  • Willingness to relocate and/or travel outside home state/country.
  • Authorized to work in the United States full-time (no visa sponsorship).
Additional Preferences
  • Experience on >$10M projects; greenfield projects; pharma manufacturing.
  • Experience in GMP manufacturing, LEAN, Automation, construction/quality, project controls, engineering disciplines, safety, scheduling.
  • Influence through people; work with little supervision; strong judgment; written/verbal communication.
  • PMP certification, PE (or equivalent), foreign language(s), experience outside the U.S., continuous improvement/agent for change.
