Job description

Speedway - Assistant Store Leader.

Our Company is looking for a full-time Assistant Store Leader.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Provides customer service leadership and direction, in conjunction with General Manager or Branded Foods Restaurant Manager, for the entire store and a team of employees working in that location.
  • Trains, schedules, and coaches all new and current store associates to ensure store positions are staffed to appropriately handle customer service needs.
  • Works in tandem with the manager of the store to ensure leadership is available to customers and employees at all times.

Qualifications:
  • Valid New York State Driver's License.
  • Open Availability.
  • Relocatable, 45 minutes in one direction.
