You oversee the entire transition from packing and removing the client’s belongings, to settling them in their new home. Qualifications for this job include exceptional organization, communication, and networking skills, and the ability to work under a tight schedule.

What is a manager relocation?

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a manager relocation?

To excel as a Manager Relocation, you need strong project management abilities, experience with corporate relocation processes, and often a bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field. Familiarity with relocation management software, vendor management systems, and certifications such as the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) are highly valuable. Pay: Starting from $45,000.00 per year + benefits & incentives

Job description:

About Us

The Vital Stretch is coming to Northeast Ohio! We’re a fast-growing, franchise-based wellness brand focused on the art and science of assisted stretching. Our mission: help people move better, feel better, and live better. With competitors like StretchLab, Stretch Zone, and other recovery method concepts already educating the market, Solon is primed for our arrival – and we’re looking for the right leader to make our 44139 location the go-to destination for flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being.

The Role

We’re seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and results-driven General Manager to launch and lead our first Cleveland area location. You’ll be part coach, part sales leader, part community connector – the heartbeat of our studio.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead & inspire a team of certified stretch specialists and front desk associates.

Drive membership sales, and maintain a high member retention rate, through exceptional customer service, in-studio events, and local community outreach.

Manage daily operations including scheduling, inventory, payroll, and staff performance.

Promote our brand on social media by creating engaging, authentic content.

Deliver an exceptional client experience from first stretch to long-term member relationships.

Hit and exceed monthly sales and retention goals.

Who You Are:

Background in fitness, wellness, or bodywork (personal training, yoga, Pilates, PT assistant – any movement-based expertise is a plus). Bonus points for experience with new business “start-ups”!

Proven sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Leadership experience managing and motivating a team.

Outgoing, high-energy personality – thrives on connecting with people.

Social media savvy – confident on camera, understands how to build an audience, via Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and tell a brand story.

Organized, driven, and excited about growing a new business in the community.

What We Offer:

Competitive base salary + commission + performance bonuses.

Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding wellness brand.

Free assisted stretching membership.

Support from an experienced franchise network plus local ownership.

A fun, mission-driven work environment that celebrates results and relationships.

How to Apply:

Send your resume and a short note about why you’d be a great fit.

Bonus points if you include:

A short video introducing yourself (phone video is fine!).

Links to social media accounts or content you’ve created.
