D1 Training is a 5-Star training facility in Southlake and we are seeking a talented, high energy Sales Recruiter to join our team! D1 offers the most effective holistic fitness programs backed by science. Our coaches train our athletes and clients to get stronger, faster and leaner while also focusing on joint mobility, recovery and nutrition.
Key Goals and Vision for this Position:
Under the supervision of the GM, the Sales Recruiter will serve as our brand ambassador both inside and outside the facility. In this hybrid role, the Recruiter will be responsible for connecting our brand and culture with the local community, schedule appointments for both individuals and teams at our facility, and close qualified individuals and teams on appropriate D1 services.
Responsibilities
Outside Sales
  • Research communities, schools and teams that may qualify for D1 programs
  • Connect with individuals, parents, coaches and other stakeholders and nurture relationships via phone, e-mail and in-person
  • Schedule In-Person consultations with yourself, D1's Lead Coach and General Manager
  • Manage and grow database of sales leads
  • Assist leadership with special events such as Camps, Clinics and Seminars
  • Attend community events for the purpose of networking, creating brand awareness and lead generation

Inside Sales
  • Make outbound calls to prospects and handle inbound calls
  • Communicate to prospects via text and e-mail through our in-house CRM system
  • Conduct sales consultations for prospects and their children
  • Close prospects on D1 services such as group training, private coaching, team training and nutrition counseling

Qualifications
  • High School diploma
  • 2+ years of solid grass roots marketing and sales (fitness training sales is a plus)
  • General experience in gym or training facility
  • Familiar with working with athletes, their environments and needs
  • Athletic background preferred but not essential
  • Positive and energetic personality with a "can do" attitude

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
  • Qualified lead consists of a person between ages of 25-65 who lives/works in Southlake and is interested in a fitness program.

Experience level:
  • 2 years

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Southlake, Texas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
