Job description

Marketing, Sales & Service Field organization plays a critical role in shaping Ford's future. As a Sales Zone Manager, you will leverage data analysis and trend identification to make recommendations that directly impact business decisions and enhance the customer experience. You will work closely with dealers, ensuring optimal product allocation and maximizing customer lifetime value. We embrace an audience-first approach, driving customer loyalty, vehicle repurchase, and increased sales across vehicles, parts, accessories, and services. You'll be the voice of Ford in the field, connecting directly with dealers.

You'll have... 
 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business (Marketing, Management, Economics, Finance, Communications, or related field)
  • Experience: 0-3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Relocation: Must be willing and able to relocate, both now and in the future
  • Travel Commitment: (up to 4+ days/week, up to a four-hour drive radius, 100+ miles, potential overnight stays) (i.e. Tues-Fri, and air travel as needed)
  • Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid and unrestricted driver's license

As a sales Zone Manager you will support 12-15 dealers on key Sales and Marketing initiatives.  Typical work week will include 1 day in office team collaboration and 4 days traveling supporting in person dealer meetings.
