What You'll Do 

  • Deliver individualized ABA therapy in clients' homes. 

  • Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA. 

  • Teach communication, social, adaptive living, play, and behavior management skills. 

  • Collect session data and complete documentation. 

  • Partner with families and your clinical team. 

  • Travel between client homes within your assigned area. 

Qualifications 

Required 

  • Active RBT Certification 

  • Experience providing ABA therapy 

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license 

  • Excellent communication skills 

Preferred 

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) 

  • Experience working with children
