A $35 an hour RBT refers to a Registered Behavior Technician who earns $35 per hour for providing behavioral therapy services, typically for individuals with autism or other developmental disorders. RBTs work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement treatment plans and collect data on client progress. This hourly rate can vary depending on location, employer, experience, and demand for RBTs in the area. Earning $35 an hour usually indicates a competitive pay rate for this role, reflecting higher demand or increased experience and credentials.
