Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Olive Branch ABA | Austin, Texas
$20.00 – $23.00/hour + 10% Attendance Bonus | Per Diem | Home-Based

At Olive Branch ABA, the work you do goes beyond sessions and data collection—it’s about helping a child communicate their needs, supporting families in their own environment, and being part of meaningful, everyday breakthroughs.

We’re looking for certified RBTs who are ready to make that kind of difference—right where it matters most: in the home.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes

  • Implement individualized programs designed by a BCBA

  • Collect and track session data accurately

  • Build strong, consistent relationships with clients and their families
