In-Home BCBA – Training Wheels ABA
Central Austin & North Austin Service Areas

Training Wheels ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing Austin clinical team.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct in-home assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to RBTs

  • Deliver parent training and support family-centered interventions

  • Monitor client progress and make data-driven program adjustments

  • Collaborate with care teams, leadership, and clinical staff

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

  • Travel within assigned caseload area (Central and North Austin)

Compensation

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000, depending on experience
Sign-on or relocation stipend options available up to $2,500
