BCBA -  Austin
Location: Clinic and In-Home with flexible for some remote responsibilities
$2,500 Sign-On Bonus!

Sessions are scheduled thoughtfully, and cancellations—when clinically appropriate—are treated as part of normal, ethical service delivery. BCBAs are not expected to cover RBT sessions. This prevents burnout and respects the BCBA’s professional bandwidth. With home-based care focuses on family needs, the BCBA’s time is directed toward assessments, supervision, parent training, and high-level clinical decision-making.

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has experience supervising, motivating, and training staff. The qualified applicant will be a “hands on” trainer who easily jumps in and models teaching procedures for staff. As we are a company that prefers to promote and grow from within this BCBA will be superb at supporting staff to realize their potential. In addition, this applicant will have first rate skills in the following domains: communication, and organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Report Directly to the Clinical Director
• Lead, supervise and mentor treatment team of therapists.
• Set and achieve performance goals with client, client guardian, and treatment teams.
• Assist with training of staff.
• Determine techniques to be used in implementation of treatment plans
• Conduct initial and on-going client assessments, and based on these assessments, design and maintain top quality treatment programs.
• Oversee and maintain accurate and organized client notes, data, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Train clients’ guardians and family members on treatment techniques; maintain positive working relationship with clients’ family
• Supervise and train Behavior Interventionists by working with them
• Monitor programs in the field and/or clinic
• Provide direct supervision and parent consultation for our families
• Conduct and write FBAs
• Write Progress Reports
• Lead and mentor team
For schedule we could expand this section to include something like: You will have autonomy to create your own schedule. You will have the ability to schedule sessions based on your clients needs; while being to balance the needs of your time outside of work
Location: Direct services are provided in person in home and community settings. Clinicians also have the opportunity to complete indirect tasks at home such as report writing and meetings.  
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• BCBA® Certified
• BCBA Experience 1-3 years
• Demonstrated knowledge of ABA treatment techniques and treatment program designs for children of varying skill levels
• M.A. /M.S. in related field
• Bi-lingual is a Plus
• Proven people-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent administrative skills
Physical Demands:
  • Full physical dexterity/agility to perform required movements (bending, kneeling, typing, etc.).
  • Sufficient vision to carry out duties.
  • Ability to lift and carry pediatric clients (5 to 50 lbs.).
