What other jobs can an RBT get?

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) can transition into roles such as Behavior Analysts, Special Education Teachers, or Therapy Assistants, often requiring additional certifications or education. What job is above RBT?

The job above a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is typically a Behavior Analyst or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). These roles involve designing and overseeing behavior intervention plans and require advanced certification and education. BCBAs often supervise RBTs and other staff in clinical settings.
