We’re currently seeking youth aides, child care workers, teaching assistants, paraprofessionals, DSPs, school staff, college students, and others with experience working with children to join us as Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

In Colorado, BTs are required to become Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and we will provide the training, guidance, and support to help you complete the certification process and build a long-term career in the ABA field.
