Job description
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for the current school year.
- 2 RBT's needed
- Full-time | 37.5 Per Week | 5 days/week
Hourly Rate Range: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Responsibilities include:
- Provide direct behavioral support to students in individual and small-group settings.
- Implement evidence-based interventions under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Assist with classroom management and model proactive behavioral strategies.
- Collect accurate behavioral data to track progress and guide intervention decisions in coordination with the BCBA.
- Participate in IEP meetings, student support team meetings, and crisis intervention when appropriate.
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.
- Support staff training related to behavior management and de-escalation.
- Foster a supportive, inclusive, and respectful learning environment for all students.
Required Qualifications:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (active or expired)
- Fingerprint Clearance & Background Check required.
