Technical Business Analyst (CyberArk Role-Based Access Project
Location - Houston, TX (Hybrid)

1 Plus years contract
Rate - DOE

Our client is looking for a skilled Technical Business Analyst to join their team remotely from anywhere in India. This role is focused on analyzing, designing, and implementing systems related to role-based access control (RBAC) within CyberArk's privileged access management platform. If you are experienced in CyberArk and passionate about security and access management, this opportunity is perfect for you!
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Technical Business Analyst for the CyberArk role-based access project, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, analyze existing access control processes, and recommend improvements. You will design and implement RBAC solutions within CyberArk, ensuring they meet business needs and comply with security policies. Your responsibilities include configuring CyberArk environments, developing and maintaining documentation, conducting testing, and troubleshooting issues related to RBAC. You will manage RBAC projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with cross-functional teams and providing regular updates to stakeholders. Additionally, you will train and educate stakeholders on RBAC implementations, ensure compliance with security standards, and continuously optimize performance.
Requirements:
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong understanding of CyberArk's privileged access management platform and role-based access control
    • Experience with identity and access management (IAM) and directory services (e.g., Active Directory)
    • Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and other relevant standards
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into RBAC solutions
    • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively
  • Project Management Skills:
    • Experience managing projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating with various teams
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
