Position Specifics Title: Associate

Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 + Annual Bonus

Location: Boulder and Denver Metro Areas. Work in the Boulder office Monday through Thursday, with the option to work from home on Fridays. Reports to: Managing Director The Best Part of the Job

The Associate will have the opportunity to support the Endeavor Colorado team as the organization develops deep relationships with the leaders of Colorado’s most compelling scaleups, Colorado’s investment community, and Colorado’s most important business and public sector leaders.

The Associate will be able to have high visibility and high ownership early on in their career. You will be operating in a start-up environment, with exposure to some of the most important business entrepreneurs in Colorado.

Characteristics of Strong Candidate

Endeavor is seeking someone with an internship and/or 1 to 3 years of work experience who is passionate about entrepreneurship and venture investing, and who also believes in Endeavor’s Purpose and Values.

Responsibilities Entrepreneur Service and Selection
  • Assist the Endeavor team with all ongoing and ad hoc projects related to the servicing and support of the Endeavor Colorado Entrepreneurs.
  • Assist with the sourcing, screening, and organization of leading Colorado- based entrepreneurs with high-potential growing companies.
  • Manage and develop company profiles, research and perform diligence on portfolio and pipeline companies.
Team Operations
  • Play a key role in supporting members of the Endeavor Colorado team in every operational aspect of the organization.
  • Drive a responsible data driven approach. Working knowledge of Notion, Salesforce, Slack, G-Drive, and other digital tools.
  • Assist in the development and creation of internal documents, processes, and procedures.
Event Management
  • High-quality events are an essential service of Endeavor Colorado and play a key role in engaging our Stakeholders. Candidate will support all aspects of
  • Event coordination, including but not limited to scheduling, logistics, operations, preparation, etc.
  • Track and report local, state-wide, national, and global events to the Endeavor Colorado team and Executive Committee.
Marketing and Communications
  • Support Marketing team with sourcing, organizing, and scheduling LinkedIn posts, email newsletters, and blog content.
  • Schedule marketing calendars and track performance of LinkedIn, Newsletter, and website/blog content.
  • Support website updates and functionality.
  • Assist with content creation in Canva using Endeavor Global templates.
  • Support Marketing team on all ongoing and ad hoc marketing projects and initiatives.
