  • Identifying ways Agility can benefit non-IT orgs and coaching Agile mindset and practices to these orgs to enable transparency, collaboration, and better decision-making.
  • Enterprise Coaching, experience with helping an organization navigate how they are going to win and work through trade-off decisions.
  • Looking for someone with experience with Agile coaching outside of IT to apply Agile principles to a non-IT setting, such as R&D.

Responsibilities include:
  • Help the Orgs/Programs navigate how they’re going to win, and then work through the trade-offs that come from those decisions
  • Focus on Agile Transformation design, planning & execution
  • Effectively coaches, consults, mentors, teaches, facilitates and inspires organizational change.
  • Design a unique transformation roadmap and tell you the levers to move most effectively within your organization
  • Coach management on agility. Experience coaching Agility in a non-IT environment”
  • Work as a consultant in projects & Transformation providing various ideas, suggestions and strategies related to Agile
  • Act a facilitator to enable groups to work cooperatively and effectively
  • Encourage buy-in from key stakeholders
