What you'll do:

  • Format, prepare, and track the status of leases, amendments, and all other lease-related documents.
  • Assist with tracking of certificates of insurance (COI) and communicate with COI third-party vendor.
  • Prepare and maintain legal agreements (hold harmless agreements, fiber lease agreements, right of entry agreements, service agreements, property management agreements) and ensure accurate filing in the database.
  • Prepare other corporate documents (operating agreements, deeds, registration of mark, name change, etc.) and record such documents with appropriate entities.
  • Prepare brokerage-related agreements (commission agreements, listing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, etc.).
  • Aid in-house counsel on various legal matters, including financing transactions, tenant communication for estoppel and SNDA documents, partnership agreements, purchase agreements, biennial reports, loan due diligence, abstract updates, tenant address updates, filings, E&O insurance renewals, lease audit, and contractor registrations.
  • Maintain incident reports and lease information in database.
  • Provide administrative support to the in-house counsel.
  • Handle confidential and time-sensitive material with expediency and discretion.

What it takes to join our team: Bachelor’s degree (four-year college degree) from an accredited institution is required. Relevant experience in commercial real estate transactions or legal documentation is preferred, but not required.
