Job description

We are currently seeking Certified ASE Master Technicians with 5 or more years professional/paid experience. We have a very competitive pay scale with bonuses, which are dependent on your experience, ASE Certifications, and productivity.
MASTER TECHNICIAN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Technicians on our team.
  • Complete diagnostic tests.
  • Perform regular maintenance services.
  • Replace worn or damaged components.
  • Troubleshoot and repair a variety of engine systems.
  • Carefully manage time to complete services on schedule.

We are a very busy shop. D & R Car Care technicians work hard to keep our customers safe on the road. Our Auto Techs work efficiently to help keep our shop as productive as possible.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Valid State Driver's License and Clean Driving Record.
  • Your Own Tools.
  • Be able to document and communicate detailed descriptions of diagnostics and repairs.
  • Be able to maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Have a positive attitude, a customer service mentality, and be a team player.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have a passion & desire to continue learning.
  • Be able to document and communicate detailed descriptions of diagnostics and repairs.
  • Be able to diagnose, maintain, and repair multiple vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A-Level Qualifications including Diagnostics, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
  • ASE Certification and/or Dealer Experience with Certificates Required.
  • 5+ Years of Professional Automotive Technician Experience Required.

CONTINUING EDUCATION AND EQUIPMENT:
Training is important. As a Technician at D & R Car Care, you can expect to complete at last 40 hours per year of paid training. Productivity is also critical. We provide up-to-date and top-of-the-line equipment in our shop for our Technicians.
SPECIALIZATION:
Please let us know if there is a specific area of diagnostics, type of vehicle, or vehicle system that you specialize in. Our customers trust us with vehicles of all difference makes and models for a variety of maintenance and repairs. Please let us know if you have a resume that documents your previous employment as a Technician. All of these things will be considered during the interview process.
Compensation:
Starting Pay - $48/Flag over salary (depending on experience). Full medical insurance paid for by company. 401k matching starting at 3%
