    • Load calculations, utility assessments, and energy modeling
    • Design reports, code evaluations, and equipment specifications
    • P&IDs, plans, schedules, and installation details
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a fully integrated and constructible design.
  • Conduct and lead field surveys, identify non-compliant conditions, and support field reporting.
  • Provide advanced support during construction, including RFI responses, submittal reviews, punch list development, and progress reporting.
  • Drive quality assurance through document reviews and technical verification.
  • Mentor and train less experienced engineers and designers.
  • Lead system design programming and master planning efforts.
  • Support proposal development, task planning, and project scheduling in collaboration with Project Managers.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering (mechanical focus) from an ABET-accredited program.
  • PE (Professional Engineer) license in good standing.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience for Lead Mechanical Engineer roles.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience for Senior Mechanical Engineer roles.
  • Advanced experience in HVAC, mechanical utility, and piping system design and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and building codes.

Preferred Qualifications
