Job description

We are looking for an experienced, full-time Collision Estimator to join our Leesport team. You'll work with customers, technicians and insurance partners throughout the repair process while helping deliver a strong customer experience.

Responsibilities / Essential Functions

  • Examine damaged vehicles and estimate repair costs
  • Work with insurance companies to manage claims for our customer
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with repairs and the overall experience
  • Reconcile and prepare final invoices to match approved estimates

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of major insurance program protocols and have the ability to upload estimates/images that meet those standards accordingly
  • Prior collision repair estimating experience
  • I-CAR or other industry training
  • Customer services skills
  • Experience with CCC estimating software preferred
  • Good oral and written skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Knowledge of the collision repair process
  • Valid drivers license
