Project Manager, Property Management

What this job involves:

As a Project Manager at JLL, you will support the execution of construction projects from initiation through completion, working closely with senior team members to help achieve project goals. You will play a key role in fostering a collaborative and organized project environment, and will assist in coordinating stakeholders, tracking project progress, and ensuring alignment with client objectives. This role offers the opportunity to build a strong foundation in project management while contributing to successful project delivery.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Support the delivery of strategic solutions for clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
  • Assist in maintaining project schedules, budgets, and documentation
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and ongoing development
  • Leverage technology and data to support project performance
  • Under the Senior Director of Operation's and Senior General Manager's direction, supervise and direct contractors and monitor performance
  • Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Design, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
  • 2+ years of related work experience in project coordination or construction-related roles
  • Exposure to commercial office or retail construction projects is a plus
  • Tech-mined; Experience with Microsoft office (word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. You should be comfortable interacting with team members, clients, and vendors, and eager to build professional relationships across all levels.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Professional certifications such as LEED GA, or equivalent industry credentials
  • Strong network of industry relationships and demonstrated thought leadership in real estate

Location: On site presence is required
