We are seeking a Power Project Manager to join our growing, multidisciplinary team in Lehigh Valley, PA, Wilkes-Barre, PA, or Philadelphia, PA.

What You'll Do

  • Manage site/civil and environmental permitting for a variety of power and energy infrastructure projects including utility coordination, distribution, transmission, renewable energy, substation, and related site/civil improvements

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, agencies, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery

  • Oversee technical design and engineering activities related to power and energy infrastructure, including power delivery site planning and layout, grading and access design for utility and energy facilities, stormwater management and drainage systems for power-related sites, erosion and sediment control, utility infrastructure and coordination, access road, laydown area, and construction logistics design

  • Prepare and review construction documents, technical reports, specifications, and permit applications

  • Coordinate with municipal, county, state, and regulatory agencies to obtain project approvals

  • Monitor project financial performance, including budgets, schedules, forecasts, and profitability

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, designers, surveyors, and environmental professionals

  • Mentor and develop junior staff through technical guidance and project leadership

  • Support business development initiatives, including proposal preparation, client engagement, and project pursuits

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in engineering, project management, power, utilities, energy, or related infrastructure projects

  • Demonstrated project management experience including scope, schedule, budget, and client management responsibilities

  • Preferred understanding of power and utility infrastructure project delivery, site/civil design, PCMS, E&S, etc., utility coordination and permitting, local, state, and utility permitting processes, and construction documentation for power and infrastructure projects

  • Experience working with utility providers and energy-sector clients such as PPL, as well as municipal agencies, developers, and contractors is preferred but not required

  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D

  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range:

The starting salary for this position is $115,000, with final compensation determined based on years of experience, qualifications, and licensing status.
