Position Summary

Our organization is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and deliver projects from initiation through completion. This role works closely with customers, internal teams, and project stakeholders to ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. The Project Manager supports project planning, execution, communication, and issue resolution while contributing to successful customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project activities and support project execution throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, schedules, and resource requirements.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for project-related customer communications and documentation.
  • Support project planning efforts, including schedule development, tracking, and status reporting.
  • Monitor project progress and escalate risks, issues, and schedule impacts as appropriate.
  • Assist in managing project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking activities.
  • Coordinate project meetings, maintain action item logs, and ensure timely follow-up on commitments.
  • Support contract review and change management processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure project documentation is maintained and completed in accordance with company standards.
  • Participate in project closeout activities and transition support to service and operations teams.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Support compliance with company safety policies and regulatory requirements.
