Job description

The Senior Manager, Omni Project Management will lead the planning, development, and execution of seasonal marketing campaigns across global print and digital channels. This role is responsible for ensuring creative assets are developed, adapted, and deployed effectively across all markets while maintaining alignment with brand standards, timelines, and business objectives.
As a key cross-functional leader, the Senior Manager will partner closely with Marketing, Creative, Production, PR, Social, Legal, and external agency teams to drive seamless campaign execution, optimize workflows, and enhance operational efficiency. This role will also provide leadership and mentorship to a direct report while continuously improving processes that support scalable content creation and distribution.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Campaign Management
  • Lead end-to-end project management for seasonal campaigns, overseeing all stages from concept development through final asset delivery and market deployment.
  • Partner with Shoot Production and Marketing Operations teams to manage project milestones, approvals, and stage-gate processes throughout campaign development.
  • Create and maintain detailed project timelines, prioritize competing initiatives, and provide real-time visibility into project status, risks, and resource needs.
  • Serve as Brand Design's primary liaison among Marketing, Creative, Production, Legal, PR, Social, and external agency partners to ensure alignment, accountability, and on-time execution.
  • Review, refine, and clarify creative briefs and project requests to ensure objectives, deliverables, and expectations are clearly defined before work begins.
  • Facilitate creative review sessions and stakeholder approval meetings to ensure timely feedback, decision-making, and project progression.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of integrated 360° marketing assets across print, digital, social, and retail channels.

Resource Management & Team Operations
  • Manage project intake and resource allocation to optimize team capacity, balance workloads, and meet business priorities.
  • Lead daily design and project status meetings to assess progress, identify challenges, and proactively adjust resources as needed.
  • Foster strong cross-functional relationships to anticipate workload demands, resolve bottlenecks, and negotiate priorities effectively.
  • Communicate risk when appropriate even if faced with adversity
  • Support and develop one direct report through coaching, mentorship, and performance management.

Process Optimization & Operational Excellence
  • Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes, workflows, and governance to increase efficiency, scalability, and speed to market.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, best practices, and operational standards that support consistent execution across teams.
  • Build and enhance systems, tools, and processes for creative asset distribution, management, and syndication.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline collaboration between Creative, Marketing, Production, and Operations teams.

  • Bachelor's Degree w/ 5+ years of experience
  • Retail/Fashion industry experience preferred.
  • Agency experience is a plus
  • Extensive experience in project management, creative operations, marketing operations, or integrated campaign management.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience leading resource planning, workflow optimization, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on execution.
  • Previous people management experience preferred.
  • Experience with project management tools (Airtable, Asana, etc) and related project management programs (Google Suite, Dropbox, etc). Airtable is a plus.
  • Creative campaign program management experience, including knowledge of enabling Marketing tools & technologies a plus (Adobe Suite, Figma)

Base Salary/Hourly Range: From $120,000 to $140,00 annually + Bonus*
Bonus Eligibility: Yes, eligible for annual target bonus based on company and individual performance
