The Manager, Project Management is responsible for leading a team of Project Managers to ensure the successful delivery of complex software implementation projects, while maintaining accountability for team performance and customer relationships.

โ€ข Lead, develop, and mentor a team of project managers accountable for delivering complex software implementation projects
โ€ข Own delivery outcomes across assigned portfolio, ensuring on-time, high-quality execution through disciplined project governance, accountability, and consistent standards
โ€ข Foster a culture of continuous improvement by driving best practices, encouraging innovation, and promoting the effective use of AI tools to enhance delivery outcomes
โ€ข Oversee portfolio performance, including revenue forecasting, utilization, resource planning, and risk management across all engagements
โ€ข Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customer executives; participate in steering committees and serve as the escalation point for critical project issues

Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related discipline
โ€ข 10+ years of progressive experience leading project and/or program management teams with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, enterprise software initiatives in complex environments
โ€ข Active PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or similar certification
โ€ข 5โ€“7 years of experience building, leading, and developing high-performing, cross-functional teams across technology, business, and vendor organizations.
โ€ข Knowledge of software development life cycle concepts
โ€ข Strong proficiency in program and portfolio management principles, practices, and governance.
โ€ข Extensive experience managing multiple large-scale initiatives simultaneously, including projects exceeding $5M in budget.
โ€ข Exceptional verbal, written and de-escalation skills, with expert ability to articulate complex ideas, risks, and recommendations clearly and confidently to technical teams, business partners, and executive leadership.
โ€ข Advanced proficiency with industry-standard project management tools and techniques, including the development of detailed, integrated project plans, schedules, dependencies, risk management strategies and clear documentation maintained throughout the project.
โ€ข Highly developed analytical skills, demonstrated through the ability to diagnose issues, identify improvement opportunities, and develop actionable, results-oriented plans.
โ€ข Experience designing, implementing, and institutionalizing formal project and program management processes to improve consistency, transparency, and delivery outcomes.
โ€ข Demonstrated ability to effectively leverage AIโ€‘enabled tools to enhance program planning, delivery execution, risk analysis, stakeholder communications, and decision-making.
โ€ข Skilled in advanced prompting techniques to obtain accurate, relevant, and actionable outputs from AI systems.
โ€ข Deep knowledge of modern software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps) and associated tools.
