What will your role be?

Scalian is seeking a Project Management Officer (PMO) to support a strategic program within a manufacturing environment. As a PMO, you will be a key contributor to the successful delivery of the program, providing end-to-end project management support and ensuring alignment with program governance and standards. You will work closely with both IT and business stakeholders, requiring a high level of autonomy, communication skills, and cross-functional understanding.

Job Description
  • Maintain and update the Project Management Plan and ensure adherence by the program team
  • Manage integrated planning using tools such as Planisware, ensuring roadmap accuracy, milestone consistency, and tracking of separation waves
  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules, identify and communicate the critical path, and propose strategies to accelerate delivery
  • Organize and support daily and weekly governance activities, schedule meetings, and prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoMs)
  • Plan and facilitate program milestone reviews, document decisions, and follow up on action items
  • Maintain a clear and updated action item list, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation when required
  • Track and report program KPIs, maintain the program scorecard, and ensure data accuracy using Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, or similar tools
  • Monitor program status, budgeting, and performance, with clear reporting to all levels of management
  • Act as a liaison with domestic and international suppliers or vendors
  • Support issue resolution and coordination (e.g., repairing damaged parts without replacement)
  • Provide administrative support including logistics, meeting organization, and documentation
  • Apply Agile Project Management techniques and ensure alignment with PMO, PM, and Bid process methodologies
  • Promote continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or 5S principles
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Mathematics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace tools, and Google Data Studio
  • Understanding of PMO methodologies, project and bid processes, and related tools
  • Working knowledge of Agile (SAFe) principles
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or 5S is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt to both technical (IT) and business audiences
  • High level of autonomy and problem-solving capability
