Job description

Summary:
Develops and maintains Production/Materials schedules, ensuring on time delivery. Coordinates changes and priorities with the business units.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
include the following:
  • Develops and maintains Production/Materials schedules;
  • Attends morning Production/Materials meetings and reports on schedule status;
  • Communicates Production/Materials changes and order changes;
  • Acknowledges customer orders and maintain lead times;
  • Coordinates material flow and availability;
  • Maintains order status in MAPICS;
  • Ensures purchased parts are available prior to Production/Materials start;
  • Assists Material Manager with quarterly inventory;
  • Works with coworkers in a professional and cooperative manner;
  • Maintains good attendance, flexibility, adaptable to changing business needs, and continually learns and applies new skills;
  • Meets minimum physical/mental demands with or without reasonable accommodations;
  • Other duties as assigned.
