Deliver profitable, high-quality projects on time while developing teams, serving clients, and living out C/Sharpe’s RESTORE values.

Outcomes (Success Measured By)

Consistent Project Financial Controls

  • Consistently achieve or exceed project gross margin and fee goals on assigned projects.
  • Maintain 98%+ accuracy in project cost forecasts, WIP reporting, and financial projections.
  • Review project costs, committed expenses, and budget performance regularly, proactively addressing variances before they impact profitability.
  • Ensure all owner billings, subcontractor invoices, change orders, and cost coding are completed accurately and processed within required timelines.

Manage Client Relations

  • Achieve 95%+ client satisfaction through proactive communication, responsiveness, and professional project management.
  • Maintain regular communication with owners, architects, consultants, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Resolve client concerns promptly, communicating solutions and project impacts within 24 hours of issue identification.
  • Foster long-term client relationships that generate repeat business and reinforce C/Sharpe's reputation for excellence.

Project Execution

  • Deliver assigned projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with C/Sharpe safety and quality standards.
  • Ensure 100% completion of required project management deliverables, including scheduling, procurement, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documentation.
  • Coordinate effectively with Superintendents, Foremen, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain project momentum and achieve production goals.
  • Utilize Procore and company systems to maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and communication.

Risk Management of Project

  • Proactively identify financial, contractual, safety, schedule, and operational risks before they impact project performance.
  • Communicate significant project risks and recommended mitigation plans to leadership within 24 hours of identification.
  • Minimize unplanned cost growth, schedule impacts, and contractual exposure through effective planning, documentation, and decision-making.
  • Ensure project compliance with contract requirements, company policies, and applicable regulatory standards while protecting C/Sharpe's financial and operational interests.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Construction Management, Engineering, or related field).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in construction management or restoration-related roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Procore, Microsoft Office Suite, and project scheduling software.
  • Certifications (Preferred): OSHA 30, PMP, or equivalent.
  • Industry Exposure: Restoration, structural repair, waterproofing, or industrial/commercial projects.

Preferred Experience

  • Restoration or specialty repair background.
  • Strong vendor and subcontractor relationships across the Gulf Coast.
  • Proven success leading multi-trade teams on complex projects.
  • Familiarity with EOS systems (Scorecards, L10s, Rocks).
