Work Location: Everett, WA
Work Schedule: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Onsite preferred, Remote/Hybrid considered)
Education: Bachelor's Degree Required
Clearance: No Clearance Required

Job Description:
  • Support project management activities by tracking project status, schedules, and performance metrics.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to communicate project progress and key performance indicators.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and status updates.
  • Coordinate project activities and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
  • Analyze project data and provide recommendations to improve reporting and project execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program objectives and deliverables.
  • Maintain project documentation and assist with planning and scheduling activities.
Must Haves:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 6+ years of related project management experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including generating reports and metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience preparing presentations and providing status updates to executive leadership.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
  • Previous Boeing DCCS experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including creating macros and pulling data from multiple sources.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
  • Master's degree with 4+ years of related experience.
