Project Management Specialist

Boeing Commercial Airplanes is looking for an Expert Project Management Specialist to join the Supply Chain Functional Excellence organization in Everett, Washington. This an in-office position, not remote role.

The Project Management Specialist will join the AI, Reporting & Automation organization. They will develop, coordinate, and integrate plans for highly complex initiatives spanning the Global Supply Chain. This position will work effectively with cross-functional teams to generate, test, and deploy AI and Reporting solutions into existing business workflows and tools to accelerate the business forward. Must be technically competent and have strong communication skills to translate technical recommendations & outputs to tangible real-world business outcomes.

Our AI, Reporting, & Automation organization focuses on a data-driven transformation of the organization by providing real-time insights for complex business problems and aids senior/executive leadership in their decision-making process. You will contribute as a team member alongside the Business Intelligence (BI) Analysts, Data Scientists, System & Process specialists and work closely with executive stakeholders, to deliver solutions that drive supply chain stability to enable Boeing to deliver safer, better, and more efficient airplanes and products.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work in Everett, WA.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years experience of Program or Project Management Best Practices.

  • 10+ years of Aerospace experience.

  • 10+ years experience of strong proficiency in developing and delivering presentations to executive leadership.

  • 10+ years experience developing and executing the process and strategy for the integration of plans and schedules.

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in acquiring and synthesizing end user pain points into solution requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree with related work experience.

  • Current Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) or equivalent.

  • Experience adapting to changes in schedules and priorities, solving problems, and generating alternative solutions.

  • Strong critical thinking, time management, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiar with tools such as Figma, SQL, Dashboard development, and application development.

  • Experience with implementing AI into workflows.
