• Leads enterprise-wide C&SCM procedural transformation integrating procurement, compliance, and supply chain operations aligned to FAR/DEAR and NNSA mission requirements. Drives Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) procedural transformation ensuring FAR – Federal Acquisition Regulation, DEAR – Department of Energy Acquisition Regulation, and NSA – National Nuclear Security Administration alignment, and enterprise integration.
• Lead/execute analysis of contracts and regulations; develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)s, process maps, and templates; support training; ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Regulatory analysis, technical writing, procurement lifecycle expertise, stakeholder engagement, training delivery, analytics.
