  • Support new project startup activities including schedule development strategy, schedule assumptions, milestone structure, and integration planning.
  • Provide scheduling input regarding implementation feasibility of new business processes, reporting workflows, and operational changes.
  • Drive schedule recovery planning, schedule leveling efforts, and focused task force initiatives when required.
  • Support resource loading activities, forecasting efforts, and workload planning initiatives.
  • Provide backup coverage for scheduling team responsibilities as needed to maintain continuity and project support.
  • Support project data integrity during schedule updates, imports, exports, and system integration activities.
  • Coordinate implementation closeout scheduling activities and turnover reporting requirements.
