POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Subcontractor has strong expertise in earned value management (EVM) and change control processes to support complex, high-visibility ND projects. Responsible for helping to ensure earned value management (EVM) and change control processes are performed efficiently and accurately.
  • Implement and manage earned value management (EVM) processes to track project performance against scope, schedule, and cost baselines.
  • Coordinate and facilitate change control processes, ensuring all schedule changes are documented, analyzed, and approved in accordance with project governance.
  • Collaborate with chief scheduling team, project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate schedule data and support risk mitigation strategies.
  • Generate and present schedule and earned value reports to leadership and project teams.
  • Identify impactful schedule and cost variances variances and recommend corrective actions to maintain project alignment.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in scheduling and project controls methodologies.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, and/or related field. Experience can be considered in lieu of education.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling with earned value management and change control.
  • Proficiency with P6 scheduling software.
  • Strong understanding of earned value management principles and application.
  • Experience managing schedule change control processes in complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q clearance.
  • Ability to work in a diverse work environment.
  • Satisfactory results of a pre-employment screening, which includes a background check and drug screening in accordance with Federal requirements (details below),
  • Ability to fulfill and promote L&A core values.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active DOE Q Clearance.

LOCATION
  • Albuquerque, New Mexico - onsite position.
  • Period of performance - 6/2026 to 6/2029.
