The Opportunity

In this role you will:ย 

  • Evaluate our current data management processes and identify opportunities for ongoing improvementsย 
  • Expertly negotiate agreements with pricing agreements with external partnersย 
  • Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risksย 
  • Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clientsย 

We would love to hear from you if you:ย 

  • Have demonstrated experience implementing cost & schedule management work processes
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical/life sciences clients
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of Work Breakdown Structure and project Coding structuresย 
  • Have successfully performed project controls roles including cost control, scheduling and estimatingย 
  • Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline

Work Environment:

  • This position will be primarily remote with the flexibility to travel to project site outside of Kansas City, Missouri one time per month.ย 

The Salary Range for this role is $125,000.00-$175,000.00 USDย but actual salary offered is dependent on skillset, education and experience.ย 

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
