Job description

Are you a detail-driven professional with a passion for project planning and performance? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where your analytical skills and collaborative spirit make a real impact? We're seeking a Project Controls Specialist who's ready to dive into dynamic projects, support high-performing teams, and help shape the future of our operations.
In this role, you'll be the go-to partner for our Project Managers, helping keep projects on track by monitoring budgets and schedules closely. You'll play a key role in planning projects from the ground up, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day will involve tracking earned value, managing purchase orders, and staying on top of any change orders that come through. You'll also work with contracts to ensure billing terms are accurate-because the details matter. It's a role that blends organization, communication, and a sharp eye for numbers, all within a collaborative team environment.
While this position offers remote flexibility, you may be expected to visit a local office occasionally for meetings, collaboration, and team engagement.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years' experience in a project controls or coordination role.
  • Proficiency in cost loading and project planning.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Deltek, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Projects.

What We Offer:
  • A supportive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and encourages innovation.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and career development.
  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including generous paid time off, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, and flexible work schedules.
  • This position pays between $56,784 and $68,000 annually and is an exempt position. Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually. Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours. May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
