We are seeking a Project Controls Student for our Canadian Industrial Division in Edmonton, AB that is available for 8 months starting in September, 2026. This position will be under the direct supervision of the Project Controls Manager. 

As a Project Controls Student, you will contribute to our team by: 

Responsibilities

   Participation in a multi-disciplinary project controls team.
   Assisting with preparation of the analysis of the trending schedule, progress, and cost information to project personnel.
   Participation in team or client meetings. 
   Gathering information for the project team that helps define scope of work
   Participation in data collection for the project weekly and monthly progress reports 
   Demonstrates problem solving abilities and professional judgment 
   Ad hoc duties as required 

Qualifications

What you will bring to the role: 


   Pursuing a degree or diploma in engineering with a mechanical, electrical, or civil major. 
   Candidates must have a strong desire to work in a construction environment and prior field construction experience will be considered an asset. 
   Application of various computer software programs will be required, including Microsoft Suite. Knowledge of AutoCAD and Bluebeam is an asset. 
   Self-motivated 
   Multi-discipline mindset
